An Instant Classic

By DustinJWoodard
Nobody makes albums like this anymore.  I loved this album from the first listen and I still love it today.  The horns sound amazing and the album could not be put together in a better way.

Dan Fornero's version of "Wish You Were Here" is amazing.  I highly recommend purchasing that song as well as the others.  This album is a classic, and it completely changed the way I view music.  Check it out!

Dan Fornero's not so old school

If you like grooves with killer horns buy this!  Hey Thanks is a tribute to the countless hooks Jerry Hey has created over the years, a true trend setter.  It could also be titled Jake and Jerry cause Jay Graydon wrote and produced a ton of the grooves that are "West Coast"  There's hip power R&B like TOP or Jack Mack, laid back Mangione flugelhorn, straight up funk, in short it's a very hip funky buffet and you need to go get some!
